This policy forms part of all service agreements and applies to all services provided by Vixel Media. By signing an agreement or submitting payment, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Vixel Media are final and non-refundable.

Due to the time, planning, creative development, and resource allocation required for digital marketing, video production, influencer marketing, and website development services, refunds will not be issued once a service agreement has been signed and payment has been received.

2. Payment Structure (No Credit Policy)

Vixel Media operates on a strict no-credit policy.

All projects require:

  • 50% upfront payment prior to project commencement

  • 50% final payment prior to release, publication, or delivery of final work


Final delivery includes, but is not limited to:

  • Content being posted or scheduled for publishing

  • Final video files rendered without watermark

  • Website launch or transfer of completed assets

The initial payment secures project scheduling, production planning, and resource allocation.

The final payment confirms completion and authorizes release of deliverables.

Work will not begin without the upfront payment.

Final deliverables will not be released without full payment.

3. Client Cancellation

If the Client cancels a project or service after signing the agreement

The Client remains financially responsible for all work completed up to the cancellation date

The Client will be invoiced for:

  • Work performed and production time utilized

  • Reserved or scheduled resources

  • Third-party costs (including influencers, advertising spend, contractors, software, and production expenses)

  • Any non-recoverable or committed expenses made on the Client’s behalf

  • All outstanding balances become immediately due and payable


No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for unused services or remaining campaign duration.

4. Ongoing Services & Campaigns

For retainers, ongoing marketing services, influencer campaigns, or website management:

  • Cancellation must be submitted in writing

  • All work performed or committed prior to cancellation remains fully billable

  • Campaigns already launched or in production will be billed according to completed scope and committed resources

5. Revision Policy

All services include up to three (3) revisions per deliverable throughout the project phase.

Additional revisions beyond the included three will be billed at Vixel Media’s standard revision or hourly rate.

Revisions do not include:

  • Changes in project scope

  • New creative direction after approval

  • Additional deliverables not outlined in the agreement

  • Such requests will be treated as new work and quoted separately.

6. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide timely communication, approvals, and required materials necessary for project completion. Delays caused by the Client do not qualify for refunds, fee reductions, or additional revisions.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or service credits may be considered only at the sole discretion of Vixel Media in rare cases where services cannot be delivered due to circumstances directly caused by the agency.
